Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Certain items (personal care, innerwear, customized products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

If the product is damaged/defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
