Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition with tags/packaging intact.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Certain items (personal care, innerwear, customized products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

• If the product is damaged/defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
